i suck at foosball still. well, not really, but i cant beat ranked players. more tourneys to play, and more money to donate until i get better. at least the foosball world is a funner place to be in than the pool world. pool players are usually drunk jackasses that have big heads about everything. err, wait, thats foosball too.... oh well.

well i havent updated in forever.... a week is forever when you use your pc all the time.

applying for college after 7 years.....

fear and loathing in central city

went to gamble today. its only about 45 mins from my house, so i can go whenever, but choose not to. today was a day to try my luck for once. it was a long day at the casinos. had a great time in the first 2 hours or so, and it gradually went downhill. i was up about $350, but came home even. le sigh.

i went with the video doctor. it charges you $7 for s&h that you can get back. when they send you the cds, you just return 1 of the 3, and you get to keep 2 and they refund all your money. even s&h from what they say.

what a week.
i won $60 last night playing foosball, and spent half of it right away on booze.
thats about it really.....

warped tour sunday, and i got my tickets in hand! there shall be lots of moshing and lots of sweating. its gunna be hot all day. i shall blow money like i actually have any, and then regret not being able to eat for a week.

time to get a better job eh!

ac units sure are tricky. i put on in my wall which we wont get into right now, but now it seems to make everything moist and even wet. im not sure how this is happening, or if its just from the rain the past couple days or not... i sure dont like rotting walls tho. must fix the hole and see whats going on with this pos. maybe $40 wasnt such the deal on this fine piece of machinery.

i suck at foosball i would say. people at bars think im god when i steal their beer money, but real players take mine. its the vicious cycle. i will devote my time to getting better, cause i am too lazy to devote my time to anything more useful. thats the way i like it, uh huh.

my current stats in the foos world. it doesnt consist of money won in smaller tourneys which would bump me up an additional $300 or so.

insurance

well i applied for health insurance today... i think its a big ripoff. $80+ a month, plus of course you hafta pay even more money if you actually get hurt or need medication. i think im gunna take advantage of it right away and then ditch it within a year. i dont need it. pull the plug on my un-insured ass.

the 4th

yeah i didnt do anything this weekend but work and sleep. no bachelor party, no drinkin, no foosball, no computer, and def no lighting of fireworks.

so if your 4th was worse than mine, id like to know, so i can feel better about myself.

i dont know what the hell is with firefox, but i got the 0.91 and decided to give it a try. well for one, it handles all the buttons like a $2 whore. i dont want it to use a button size i cant resize unless i change my whole damn theme, and i dont like buttons 6x the size of the ie ones. this goes for bookmark, and other icon buttons.

now onto getting it to work.... fun times i tell you. it doesnt do an nslookup correct or something, cause i cant connect to half the sites i can with IE. whats with that.... i already have connection probs, and i dont need more.
